Engaging with our pups all day requires our full attention. So we do understand as a possible new family you will require our attention as well. Please reach out by email before you give us a call. Typically we tend to respond to all emails within two hours during the hours of 8:00AM-7:00PM. All email correspondence submitted after these hours will be replied to the following day. If when communicating through email we cannot thoroughly answer your questions, we will schedule a video call. Our pups and dogs deserve our undivided attention while we are with them. Therefore, we don’t usually answer unscheduled phone calls.  Thanks so much for your understanding.
